France, Spain, lux, Prague, Germany?

So I’ve finally saved up like 15 thousand US dollars and now looking to complete my undergraduate degree abroad. I’ve heard that in all of these places there are undergraduate degrees taught totally in English, and I’m looking for your opinion which would be better 🙂

I know a little Spanish, but mostly just ordering food from my time in Mexico. For the record, white male from USA.

Warm weather is of preference, as I’m an avid skateboarder/athlete and love to be outside. I hear Spain is amazing for both skateboarding and rock climbing, although I hear it’s harder to make friends than in a place like Germany. It’s also not 100% free in Spain, but a relatively low cost. The trade off would be the warm weather and familiar culture.

Is it true the French really hate Americans? I’d hate to go and have to pretend I’m Canadian. I mean I get it, I’m doing this to escape America for awhile! Lol.

What would your choice/advice be?
